Kafé is a dessert-based micro-business ventured by four Grade 12 ABM course learners at Masbate National Comprehensive High School. Occupying the streets of Barangay Kalipay, Masbate City, the aspiring entrepreneurs of this business include Aniana Cryshell S. Almanzor, Darlene O. Rodriguez, Yulf R. Espiloy, and Kizzia Nicole B. Abelita.

Kafé serves a delicious selection of desserts that are inspired by coffee, such as coffee pudding. The rich, aromatic flavors of coffee and the sweet, decadent goodness of desserts come together perfectly in these delicious treats. The intention is to satisfy those who have a sweet tooth but also deeply value coffee's nuanced flavor. The business wants to satisfy the cravings of both coffee lovers and those who have a penchant for sweet treats by introducing these creative and well-balanced options that strike a harmonious blend of flavors to tantalize the taste buds.

Kafé pudding is a dessert that combines the rich flavor of coffee with the creamygoodness of a traditional pudding. It is also referred to as "coffee custard" or "coffee blancmange." Coffee is frequently infused into a concoction of milk, sugar, and thickening agent (such as gelatin or cornstarch) to make coffee pudding. After heating the mixture until it becomes thick, it is allowed to cool and solidify in serving dishes. The end product is a pudding-like dessert with a subtle coffee flavor.
